Copyright notices

If you believe material displayed or linked on Roguelite.org infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email contact@roguelite.org with the subject line "Copyright Notice."

Please include:

• Your full name and reliable contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact Roguelite.org URL and a clear description of the material at issue.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Complete information helps us identify the material and evaluate the request. We may forward the notice to the party responsible for the material or to the relevant third-party host.

Third-party hosted games and media

Some games and media described on Roguelite.org are hosted or operated by third parties. We can review and remove or change material under our control, including our page content and links. A request concerning content hosted by another provider may also need to be sent directly to that provider.

Counter-notices

If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. Identify the removed material and its former location, explain your good-faith basis for requesting restoration, provide your contact information, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, accept service of process from the original claimant, and provide a physical or electronic signature.

We may share a valid counter-notice with the original claimant and take further action as permitted by applicable law.
